Emma Cleary Photographers NY is a boutique photography studio located in the financial district of New York. We specialize in wedding and engagement photography but offer many other services including fashion photography, headshots, retouching, album design. We are proud to provide the best wedding photography New York has to offer and travel to any destination no matter how near of far.
At Emma Cleary Photography, we are extremely passionate about our work and love to interact with people. We are a group of dedicated professionals who take our work very seriously and want to deliver the best possible product to our clients. We want our clients to be happy and return to us for their next event. Our work is inspired by this simple idea, that there is one thing the photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment. This kind of photography is realism. But realism is not enough – there has to be vision and the two together can make a good photograph. We aim to capture each person's unique individuality and the dynamic between people. Whether it be a portrait of one person, a couple, a family or a wedding, we look at every detail, every emotion and capture them from the most flattering angles, with an artist's eye and a perfectionist's touch. We often work with actors and business people on headshots and corporate headshots in NY. We understand what needs to be accomplished and deliver a product which fits the guidelines, yet is artistic and flattering. Working with maternity photography and kids we bring a softer touch to capture the subjects beauty and innocence. "As a Parsons graduate, I am an accomplished artist, having had many exhibitions of my paintings in New York City. Drawing from my background in fine arts, I compose every photograph like a canvas, every subject like a muse and create truly iconic yet photojournalistic images. I work with my subjects to create images that are unscripted, unposed. My post production work is painstaking, I am an expert retoucher who has worked with many famous fashion photographers on many magazine covers and campaigns. Having experience as a model, a photographer and a retoucher, I take ownership of the creation of an image from conception to completion.
